摘　　要：Profile非遗档案项目名称:木渎石家肺汤制作技艺保护级别:省级公布时间:2011年所属区域:江苏省苏州市在太湖水域,生活着一种形似河豚的鱼。它名为(Ba)鱼,个头很小,最大的不超过10厘米。肺汤就是用鱼的肝、肉为主要原料(旧时民间称鱼肝为“鱼肺”)熬制的汤。In the Taihu Lake,there is a kind of fish that looks like pufferfish(河豚).it is called barbel,and it is very tiny,with the biggest ones not more than 10 centimetres long.The soup,mainly made from the liver and meat of the barbel,is called barbel fish liver soup.
