摘　　要：文章依照洞察社区消毒服务需求(寻找服务触点)、通过有效手段及组织模式将创新点整合(设计服务蓝图)、服务设计策略提炼(系统设计+提案)的创新路径,针对社区提出精准、有效的消毒服务方案,切断病毒传播路径,为社区卫生服务能力提升提出对策与建议,构建社区智能化服务链。推动社区消毒模式由“经验设计”转向“用户设计”,社区内实现服务资源共享,创建新的社区卫生服务新模式。According to the innovation path of insight into community disinfection service needs(looking for service contacts),integration of innovation points(design service blueprint)and refinement of service design strategies(system design+proposal)through effective means and organization mode,the article puts forward accurate and effective antivirus service plans for the community,cuts off the virus transmission path,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the community health service capacity,and constructs a community intelligent service chain.Promote the community disinfection mode from"experience design"to"user design".Realize the sharing of service resources in the community and create a new model of community health service.
