摘  要:高分子材料与工程专业人才的培养和新疆的经济建设息息相关,对于新疆少数民族学生来说,高分子材料与工程专业教育质量不仅关系到学生自身人才培养质量,更关系到新疆的经济建设人才储备。结合民汉混合班中少数民族学生的基本情况,通过“民汉结对子”创新性教学改革模式在“高分子化学”课程教学的应用,拓宽了学生的思维,提高了学生的学习能力,加深了对课堂内容的理解。这种教学模式既可以促进民族团结,又可以达到少数民族学生的理论与实践能力的有效提升和更好的教学效果。The cultivation of polymer materials and engineering professionals is closely related to the economic construction of Xinjiang.For Xinjiang minority students,the quality of polymer materials and engineering education is not only related to the quality of their own talent training,but also serves as a reserve talents for the economic construction in Xinjiang.This paper combines the basic situation of ethnic minority students in the mixed class of ethnic minorities and ethnic Han students,and through the application of the innovative teaching reform model of“Ethnic minorities-ethnic Han forming pairs”in the teaching of Polymer Chemistry,it broadens ethnic minority students’thought,improves their learning ability,and deepens their understanding of course contents.This kind of teaching mode not only promotes national unity,but also achieves the effective improvement of the theoretical and practical abilities of ethnic minority students and realize better teaching effectiveness.
