摘 要:结合目前国内外螃蟹捆绑技术的发展现状及需求情况,针对螃蟹捆绑机的结构特点及其工作原理做简要概述,研究出螃蟹捆绑机各活动构件的运动情况,重点是得出螃蟹捆绑机输送结构特性仿真数据。利用UG工业画图软件对螃蟹捆绑机进行三维参数化建模与装配,再应用Workbench工业仿真软件对螃蟹捆绑机在工作过程中各活动部件进行运动仿真分析,尤其是对其输送结构进行特性分析。通过软件后处理结果模块得到螃蟹捆绑机在对螃蟹进行捆绑时各活动构件的运动受力情况,并用图表反映出螃蟹捆绑机输送结构中各活动构件运动仿真结果。通过模拟螃蟹捆绑机的整个运动过程,仿真分析检验了螃蟹捆绑机各活动构件的实际工作情况,得到了捆绑机在对螃蟹进行捆绑时极易发生较大结构变形的危险位置并提出了后期优化改进的建议,也为后期类似的活体捆绑类设备的优化设计提供一定的研究思路和参考。Based on the current development status and demand of crab bundling technology both domestically and internationally,a brief overview is given of the structural characteristics and working principles of crab bundling machines.The movement of various moving components of the crab bundling machine is studied,with a focus on obtaining simulation data of the conveying structure characteristics of the crab bundling machine.UG industrial drawing software is used to conduct three-dimensional parametric modeling and assembly of the crab bundling machine,and then Workbench industrial simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the motion of various moving parts of the crab bundling machine during its working process,especially the characteristics of its conveying structure.Through the software post-processing result module,the motion force of each moving component of the crab bundling machine when bundling crabs is obtained,and charts is used to reflect the motion simulation results of each moving component in the conveying structure of the crab bundling machine.By simulating the entire movement process of the crab bundling machine,simulation analysis is conducted to verify the actual working conditions of each movable component of the crab bundling machine.The dangerous positions where the bundling machine is prone to significant structural deformation during the bundling of crabs are identified,and suggestions for later optimization and improvement are proposed.This also provides certain research ideas and references for the optimization design of similar live bundling equipment in the future.
