用于高速客车传动装置上的涂料的抗风沙性能研究

摘　　要：详细介绍了用于高速客车传动装置(以下简称齿轮箱)上的涂料的抗风沙性能的评估方法、相关标准及试验过程;介绍了齿轮箱产品的运行环境及涂层性能指标。研究指出,聚氨酯涂料更适合作为齿轮箱表面的防护涂层,在模拟高速运行车况的试验时,表现出更佳的抗风沙性能;同时在运行考核合格后量产应用,并取得良好的效果。The evaluation method,related standards and test process of wind sand resistance of coatings for transmission device of high-speed trains(e.g.gearbox)are introduced in detail.The operating environment and coating performance index of gearbox are described.It is pointed out that the polyurethane coating system is more suitable as a protective coating on the surface of gearbox,and it shows better wind sand resistance via a simulation test of high-speed running vehicles.In addition,the field test result shows that the coating system is qualified for wind sand resistance of high-speed trains.
