摘　　要：急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)属于常见的心血管危急重症,发病后及时进行溶栓治疗有助于改善患者预后。本文就AIS患者院前紧急救治三大要素—发现、派遣、转运的现状、存在的不足及今后努力的方向做一综述。Acute ischemic stroke(AIS)is a common cardiovascular critical illness,and timely thrombolysis treatment after onset can help improve patient prognosis.This article provides a review of the current status,shortcomings,and future directions of the three major elements of prehospital emergency treatment for AIS patients,including discovery,dispatch,and transportation.
