清远制造业智能化发展的创新型人才培养策略探究——以政府、企业和广东省职教城(清远)高校的协同培养为视角

摘　　要：创新人才是推动清远制造业智能化发展的核心力量,在“双区”建设和“入珠融港”背景下,对清远制造业智能化发展当前人才现状、结构特点以及培养环境进行探究,提出创新人才的培养应由政府引导,以企业为主体,以清远职业教育为支撑。建议强化政府引导,通过开发项目和创新产品、简化人才引进手续、推行弹性合作引才借智发展等方式加大政策支持;立足制造业需求,鼓励企业提高技术成果转化率和科技创新,制定激励措施,提高企业员工自主创新意识;深化产教融合,实现跨学科交叉融合教育,为清远制造业智能化发展培育创新型人才提供参考。The innovative talents are the core force driving the intelligent development of Qingyuan’s manufacturing industry.Based on the current situation,the structural characteristics and training environment of Qingyuan's manufacturing industry,this paper proposes that the cultivation of innovative talents should be guided by the government,with enterprises as the main body and Qingyuan Vocational Education as the support.It is suggested that the government should strengthen its guidance and increase the policy support by developing the projects and innovative products,simplifying the procedures for importing talents,and promoting the flexible cooperation to attract the talents and use the intelligence to develop.It should also encourage the enterprises to increase the rate of transformation of technological achievements and scientific and technological innovation,to formulate the incentive measures to raise the awareness of independent innovation among the employees of enterprises.It is advisable to deepen the integration of industry and education,and to realize the interdisciplinary intersection and integrated education,in order to provide a reference for the intelligent development of Qingyuan manufacturing industry and the cultivation of innovative talents.
