摘  要:针对弱散射样品的拉曼光谱信号弱,探测时间长的问题,提出了一种基于剪切模式的快速激光共焦拉曼光谱探测方法,该方法通过减少信号传输单元来减小曝光时间,通过只采集信号靶面单元有效拉曼光斑区域的方式,在保证拉曼信号强度的基础上同时提升拉曼光谱探测信噪比,进而减少所需探测时间,实现弱散射样品的快速拉曼光谱探测。实验表明,与传统共焦拉曼光谱探测系统相比,文章采用的剪切模式可将硅拉曼光谱探测速度提升37.5倍以上,为共焦拉曼光谱显微技术的快速探测提供了一种新的技术途径。Aiming at the problems of weak Raman spectrum signal and long detection time of weakly scattered samples,a fast laser confocal Raman spectrum detection method based on Crop Mode is proposed.The method reduces the exposure time by reducing the signal transmission unit,and only collects the effective Raman spot area of the signal target unit.On the basis of guaranteeing the intensity of Raman signal,the signal-to-noise ratio of Raman spectral is also improved to reduce the required detection time and realize fast Raman spectral imaging of weakly scattered samples.Experiments show that compared with the traditional confocal Raman spectral detection system,the Crop mode adopted in this paper can improve the imaging speed of confocal Raman spectrum by more than 60 times,which provides a new technical way for the rapid detection of confocal Raman spectral microscopy technology.
