开源创新社区用户知识共享行为影响因素研究——基于SEM与fsQCA的实证分析

摘　　要：【目的/意义】随着数字化和开放式创新的发展,开源创新社区成为虚拟社区的一种重要表现形式。项目、软件代码等知识的共享是开源创新社区良好运作的关键,但用户在开源创新社区中的知识共享行为却并不突出。明晰开源创新社区中用户知识共享影响因素,对于提高用户知识共享积极性、提高开源创新社区能力有重要意义。【方法/过程】基于SOR模型,以开源创新社区的内容、社区以及成员三个外部特征作为刺激因素,将用户个人感知风险和感知收益的内部特征作为有机体,构建开源创新社区用户知识共享行为影响因素的理论框架,根据329份有效问卷数据,通过结构方程模型和模糊集定性比较分析方法对影响因素路径和前因构型进行实证分析。【结果/结论】研究结果表明:知识产权损失、开源免费、激励机制、成员信任、感知风险、感知收益对用户在开源创新社区中的知识共享行为有显著影响,且以社区激励和成员信任为核心条件可构成两种模式下的五条组合影响路径。【创新/局限】本文研究能够有力补充虚拟社区知识共享、知识创新领域现有研究,为实现更好的社区开放、共享以及知识的治理和再创新提供一定的参考。后续可通过针对性受访主体、一手和二手数据结合等形式提高实证分析的精确性。【Purpose/significance】With the development of digitalization and open innovation,open-source innovation community has become an important form of virtual community.The sharing of project,software code and other knowledge is the key to the good operation of the open-source innovation community,but the knowledge sharing behavior of users in the open-source innovation community is not prominent.It is of great significance to clarify the influencing factors of users'knowledge sharing in the open-source innovation community to improve users'enthusiasm for knowledge sharing and improve the ability of the open-source innovation community.【Method/process】Based on the SOR model,taking the content,community and members of the open-source innovation community as the stimulus factors,and taking the internal characteristics of users'personal perceived risk and perceived income as the organism,the theoretical framework of the impact factors of users'knowledge sharing behavior in the open-source innovation community is constructed.According to 329 valid questionnaires,through structural equation model and qualitative comparative analysis of fuzzy sets,the influencing factor path and antecedent configuration are empirically analyzed.【Result/conclusion】The research results show that intellectual property loss,open source free,incentive mechanism,member trust,perceived risk and perceived income have a significant impact on users'knowledge sharing behavior in the open-source innovation community,and taking community incentives and member trust as the core conditions can form five combined impact paths under the two modes.【Innovation/limitation】The research in this paper can effectively supplement the existing research in the field of knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation in virtual communities,and provide some reference for achieving better community openness and sharing,as well as knowledge governance and re-innovation.Subsequently,the accuracy of empirical analysis can be improved by combining targeted subjec
