基于项目教学法的经管类本科生创新实践能力培养路径研究

摘　　要：项目教学法在工科类学生实践创新能力培养方面已获得了广泛认可,但在经管类本科生相应能力的培养方面尚存在一定困难。通过研究分析,提出了运用项目教学法提升经管类本科生实践创新能力的基本路径:创新教学项目选择标准,丰富与优化项目资源库;做好课程项目、学期项目与毕业项目的选择及与课程教学的配合;通过产教融合等手段提升项目教学团队能力;加强对项目教学活动的过程监督和评价,增强其能力培养的指向性。The project teaching method has been widely recognized in the cultivation of practical and innovative ability of engineering-related students,but there are still some difficulties in the cultivation of the ability for economics and management-related undergraduates.Based on the research and analysis,this paper puts forward basic ways of using the project teaching method to improve their practical and innovative ability such as innovating the criteria of selection of teaching projects to enrich and optimize the project resource base,choosing appropriate course,semester and graduation projects and matching them with course teaching,improving the ability of the project teaching team through the industry-education integration,and strengthening the process supervision and evaluation of the project teaching to enhance the orientation of its ability cultivation.
