摘　　要：作为高质量教育体系的重要组成部分和重要教育类型,职业教育正在大力加快构建现代职业教育体系。研究黄炎培大职业教育主义思想,在新时代我国统筹职业教育、高等教育、继续教育协同创新,深化现代职业教育体系建设改革背景下的思想内涵和时代意蕴,结合“一体两翼五重点”新格局和新任务,以山东省和山东商业职业技术学院的具体实践为例,总结实践经验和实践路径。Vocational education,as an essential part of the high-quality education system,is known as one of the important types of education.During the development of vocational education,more efforts are made to accelerate the building of the modern vocational education system.Research on Huang Yanpei’s thought of“inclusive vocational education”is of great significance to the coordinated innovation of vocational education,higher education as well as continuing education in the new era.And the ideological connotation and meaning of the vocational education will be further strengthened under the reform of modern vocational education system.On the basis of a series of major measures for the vocational education reform by the Chinese government,this paper takes the practices in Shandong Province and Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology as examples to summarize the practical experiences and approaches.
