摘 要:开展混合式教学是优化教学手段、探索课程改革的新路径。以高职院校“保险原理与实务”课程为例,通过构建“课前预习+课中探究+课后强化”的混合式教学模式,开展混合式教学实验,深入探究混合式教学的实效性。结果表明,混合式教学模式对成绩的提升效果优于传统教学模式。还需要精准把控教学内容,建立科学的考核评价体系并不断提升教师的信息化教学能力,从而进一步提升混合式教学效果。Carrying out blended teaching is a new way to optimize teaching methods and explore curriculum reform.Taking the insurance principles and practice courses of higher vocational colleges as an example,this paper carries out blended teaching experiments,and deeply explores the effectiveness of hybrid teaching by constructing a blended teaching mode of“pre-class preview+in-class exploration+after-class reinforcement”.The results show that the blended teaching mode has a better effect on performance improvement than the traditional teaching mode.In the future,it is also necessary to accurately control the teaching content,establish a scientific assessment and evaluation system,and continuously improve the information teaching ability of teachers,so as to further improve the effect of blended teaching.
