摘　　要：如何正确分析当前“00”后大学生新的心理现象和突出问题,并针对性进行指导和有效推动当代大学生心理健康工作,是高校教育工作者当前面临的重要课题。通过研究“00后”大学生心理问题的现状,分析其形成原因,认为解决当代大学生心理健康问题需要社会、学校、家庭及个人的共同努力才能良好有效地实现预防和干预,提出了针对性预防策略。How to correctly analyze the new psychological phenomena and prominent problems of the post-00 college students,and to guide and effectively promote the mental health work of contemporary college students is an important issue facing college educators at present.By studying the status quo of psychological problems of post-00s college students and analyzing their causes,it is believed that to solve the mental health problems of contemporary college students,society,schools,families and individuals need to work together to achieve good and effective prevention and intervention,and targeted prevention strategies are put forward.
