摘　　要：公交运营成本受成本规制的监管和管理,实施成本规制有效确保了公交服务的质量和可持续发展性,但在此约束下,企业采购也会受到一定的影响。文章以供应链视角探讨并分析公交企业采购管理现状,旨为优化资金使用,提升企业管理水平提供参考建议。The operation cost of public transportation is regulated and managed by cost regulations,effectively ensuring the quality and sustainable development of public transportation services.However,under this constraint,enterprise procurement is also affected to a certain extent.The paper aims to explore and analyze the current situation of procurement management in public transportation enterprises from the perspective of supply chain,providing reference suggestions for optimizing fund utilization and improving enterprise management level.
