摘 要:随着物联网、人工智能技术在物流行业的深入应用,物流行业利润总额迅速增长,相应的成本也在增加,但是物流行业的效率仍然较低。物流行业向信息化的迈进,推动了以大数据、人工智能为核心的智慧物流行业的发展。智慧物流行业对物流行业人才的需求不同于传统物流行业,要求相关人才是具有技术技能的复合型人才、研发型人才。因此,培养符合智慧物流行业需要的人才,以促进智慧物流行业的高速发展至关重要,需要学校、企业共同携手,推动产学研一体化发展,创新师资队伍,建立长效校企合作机制。With the in-depth application of the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence in the logistics industry,the total profit of the logistics industry is rapidly increasing,and the corresponding costs are also increasing.However,the efficiency of the logistics industry is still relatively low.The advancement of the logistics industry towards informatization has promoted the development of the smart logistics industry with big data and artificial intelligence as its core.The demand for logistics talents in the smart logistics industry is different from that of traditional logistics industries,requiring relevant talents to be composite talents and R&D talents with technical skills.Therefore,it is crucial to cultivate the talents needed by the smart logistics industry to promote its rapid development.Schools and enterprises need to work together to promote the integrated development of industry,education,and research,innovate the teaching staff,and establish a long-term school enterprise cooperation mechanism.
