摘　　要：为了确保兽药残留酶联免疫(ELISA)试剂盒(简称兽药残留试剂盒)的质量安全,高效准确测定四类兽药(磺胺类、四环素类、喹诺酮类、氯霉素)的残留量,本研究对北京市售常见四类兽药残留试剂盒进行质量评价。按各品牌试剂盒说明书进行前处理,对标准曲线相关系数、检测限、定量限、准确度、精密度以及交叉反应6个指标进行评价,同时考虑前处理时间、性价比等客观因素。评价结果显示:兽药残留试剂盒的标准曲线相关系数R^(2)≥0.99,检测限和定量限都达到试剂盒说明书中标注的浓度,特异性存在差异。从品牌上看,进口试剂盒中,1号优于2号试剂盒;国产试剂盒中,3号优于4号试剂盒,所有品牌试剂盒产品基本符合考察的评价指标要求,可以满足四类兽药残留快速检测的需求,实际应用中可根据具体情况选择合适的产品,为基层和企业检测产品选择提供一定的参考。In order to ensure the quality and safety of the veterinary drug residue detection kit(referred to as veterinary drug residue kit),and to efficiently and accurately determine the residues of four major categories of veterinary drugs(sulfonamides,tetracyclines,quinolones,chloramphenicol),this study evaluated the quality of the four veterinary drug residue detection kits sold in Beijing.Pretreatment was carried out according to the instructions of each brand of the kits.Six indicators,including the correlation coefficient of standard curve,the detection limit,of the quantitation limit,the accuracy,the precision and the cross reaction,were evaluated.At the same time,the objective factors,such as pretreatment time,cost performance ratio,etc.,were considered.The evaluation results showed that the correlation coefficient R2 of the standard curve of the kits were generally above 0.99,and their detection limit and quantification limit both reached the concentration specified in the manual.The domestic kits had high variability,low recovery rate,but showed difference in specificity.Looking at both im⁃ported and domestic brands,the imported kit No.1 was better than No.2,the domestic kit No.3 was better than No.4.Nevertheless,all brand kits generally met the evaluation index requirements of the investigation and the needs of rapid detection of four categories of veterinary drug residues.In practical application,appropriate products should be selected according to the specific situation,and advice on product se⁃lection should be offered for of grass-roots enterprises,so as to ensure the quality and safety of livestock and poultry products in Beijing.
