摘 要:针对阳极钢爪焊接维修,分析了维修诱因及维修现状,以及传统人工焊接维修方式存在的问题;基于机器人自动化产线的设计理念,开发了阳极钢爪自动焊接维修系统,具体包括钢爪头及钢梁切割、钢爪头焊接、爆炸块焊接、铝导杆焊接等工位,建立了具备自动上料、定位、夹紧、切割、焊接、视觉识别、激光检测等功能的综合维修产线;进行了各工位维修工艺的试验测试,获得了最优的焊接工艺参数组合,形成了焊接维修工艺规程;能够实现机器人代替人工完成阳极钢爪焊接维修作业,降低人工作业劳动强度,改善人工作业环境,提升焊接维修质量。Aiming at the welding maintenance of anode steel claw,analyzes the maintenance inducement and status quo,as well as the problems existing in the traditional manual welding maintenance method;Based on the design concept of robot automatic production line,an automatic welding and maintenance system for anode steel claw has been developed,including steel claw head and steel beam cutting,steel claw head welding,explosive block welding,aluminum guide rod welding and other stations.A comprehensive maintenance production line with automatic feeding,positioning,clamping,cutting,welding,visual recognition,laser detection and other functions has been established;The test of the repair process of each station was carried out,and the optimal combination of welding process parameters was obtained,and the welding repair process specification was formed;The robot can replace the manual to complete the welding and maintenance of the anode steel claw,reduce the labor intensity of the manual work,improve the manual work environment,and improve the welding and maintenance quality.
