摘 要:为了解太白贝母总黄酮超声提取工艺,采用响应面联合复合酶法进行优化,并对黄酮抗氧化作用进行测定。结果表明,当酶加入量7.6%,酶解时间35 min,乙醇浓度40%,液料比20 mL/g时,太白贝母黄酮实际得率为2.9062%,与预测值2.9076%相差很小,说明本超声辅助复合酶法可用于太白贝母的黄酮提取工艺;且其黄酮对DPPH和ABTS自由基均有一定的抗氧化作用,且抗氧化能力接近于Vc。这为太白贝母在医药、食品和保健品等领域广阔的应用空间提供了参考价值。In order to understand ultrasonic extraction of flavonoids from Fritillaria taipaiensis,the extraction process of flavonoids was optimized by response surface combined with complex enzyme method,and the antioxidant activities of flavonoids were determined.The results showed that,when the amount of enzyme was 7.6%,the time of enzymatic hydrolysis was 35 min,the concentration of ethanol was 40%,the ratio of liquid to material was 20 mL/g,the yield of flavonoids from Fritillaria taipaiensis was 2.9062%,which was little different from the predicted value of 2.9076%,indicating that this method could be used for the ultrasonic assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Fritillaria taipaiensis by complex enzyme method.The total flavonoid had antioxidant activity to DPPH and ABTS,and its antioxidant activity was close to that of Vc.This provides a reference value for the Fritillaria taipaiensis’s total flavonoid extraction and its wide application in the fields of medicine,food and health products.
