摘  要:本试验旨在探究博落回散对番鸭的生长性能、肉品质、抗氧化能力及免疫性能的影响。选用360羽1日龄雄性番鸭,预饲7 d后随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复10羽。对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素组(ANT组)在基础饲粮中添加25 mg/kg的金霉素,试验组(T1~T4组)分别在基础饲粮中添加10、20、40和80 mg/kg的博落回散(含3.75%的博落回提取物),试验期49 d。结果显示:1)与CON组相比,T3组番鸭的平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05),且与ANT组无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)与CON相比,T3组胸肌滴水损失和蒸煮损失显著降低(P<0.05),且T3组蒸煮损失还显著低于ANT组(P<0.05)。3)与CON相比,T3组血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提高(P<0.05),血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05);除SOD活性外,T3组上述血清抗氧化指标与ANT组无显著差异(P>0.05)。4)与CON相比,T2和T3组脾脏指数显著增加(P<0.05),脾脏和法氏囊结构有明显改善,回肠黏膜中促炎细胞因子白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)mRNA相对表达量显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下中,饲粮中添加40 mg/kg博落回散可提高番鸭的生长性能和肉品质,促进脾脏和法氏囊发育,改善机体的抗氧化能力和免疫性能。This experiment aimed to study the effects of Boluohui San on growth performance,meat quality,antioxidant capacity and immune function of Muscovy ducks.A total of 450 one-day-old male Muscovy ducks were randomly divided into 6 groups after 7 days of pre-feeding,with 6 replicates in each group and 10 ducks in each replicate.Ducks in control group(CON group)were fed a basal diet,ducks in antibiotic group(ANT group)were fed the basal diet supplemented with 25 mg/kg aureomycin,and those in test groups(T1 to T4 groups)were fed the basal diet supplemented with 10,20,40 and 80 mg/kg Boluohui San(containing 3.75%Macleaya cordata extract),respectively.The trial lasted 49 days.The results showed as follows:1)the average daily gain of T3 group was significantly increased compared with the CON group(P<0.05),and it had no significant difference with ANT group(P>0.05).2)Compared with the CON group,the drip loss and cooking loss of breast muscle of T3 group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the cooking loss of T3 group was significantly decreased compared with the ANT group(P<0.05).3)Compared with the CON group,the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in serum of T3 group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Above serum antioxidant indexes of T3 group had no significant difference with ANT group except SOD activity(P>0.05).4)Compared with the CON group,the spleen index of T2 and T3 groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),the structure of spleen and bursa of Fabricius of these groups had obviously improved,and the mRNA relative expression levels of proinflammatory cytokine genes such as interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were all significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,under the conditions of this experiment,dietary supplementation with 40 mg/kg Boluohui San can improve the growth performance and meat quality,pro
