摘  要:为了提高实验室预约工作的效率,采用动态差分进化算法进行预约方案生成,并通过樽海鞘群算法对动态差分进化算法进行改进,从而增强方案对不同预约规模的适应度。首先,输入实验室设备、实验室时间、预约者申请使用记录等样本特征,构建多个预约样本个体。然后,建立动态差分进化算法实验室预约模型,以实验项目满足度作为适应度。通过交叉和选择操作不断更新个体适应度,并采用樽海鞘群算法对差分进化算法的缩放因子进行优化求解。通过樽海鞘个体的领导者和跟随者在设定运动范围内的位置更新来获得最优缩放因子。最后,采用最优缩放因子对应的动态差分进化算法进行实验室预约方案求解,输出最优受益面指标预约解。实例仿真结果表明,通过合理设置樽海鞘群算法参数,在不同预约者规模情况下,基于樽海鞘群改进的动态差分进化算法均能够获得较高受益面指标的预约方案。In order to improve the performance of laboratory reservation,the dynamic differential evolution algorithm is used to generate the reservation scheme,and the dynamic differential evolution algorithm is improved through the Salp Swarm algorithm to enhance its adaptability to laboratory reservation with different reservation sizes.First,this paper inputs the sample characteristics such as laboratory equipment,laboratory time,and the application and uses records of bookers to build multiple reservation sample individuals,and establishes a dynamic differential evolution algorithm laboratory reservation model.Taking the satisfaction of the experimental items as the fitness,the individual fitness is constantly updated through cross and selection operations,and the scaling factor of the differential evolution algorithm is optimized and solved by using the Salp Swarm algorithm.The optimal scaling factor is obtained by updating the position of the leader and follower of the salp individual within the set range of motion.Finally,the dynamic differential evolution algorithm corresponding to the optimal scaling factor is used to solve the laboratory reservation scheme,and the optimal benefit area index reservation solution is output.The experiment shows that the improved dynamic differential evolution algorithm based on Salp Swarm algorithm can obtain the reservation scheme with higher benefit area index under the condition of different reservation scale by reasonably setting the parameters of Salp Swarm algorithm.
