摘 要:为明确鲜食大豆百粒重的基因型、环境效应,本研究采用一年多点鲜食大豆百粒重田间试验,利用AMMI模型解析鲜食大豆籽粒百粒重的基因型、环境及基因型与环境互作的效应。结果表明:鲜食大豆百粒重受环境、基因型、基因型与环境互作的影响极显著,基因型与环境的互作效应最大,其次为环境效应。根据AMMI模型获得的稳定性参数(Di)和相应的鲜食大豆百粒重综合分析:兴化豆618百粒重最高但环境变异最大,兴化豆1号稳定性最高但百粒重较低,莆田市湄洲湾北岸经济开发区忠门镇试点鲜食大豆平均百粒重最高,稳定性参数最大,对百粒重的鉴别力最高,适合作为筛选高百粒重的品种区域试验地点。仅从品种选择实现百粒重高且稳定性高的难度大,生产上应采取良种良法配套、选择适合环境、优化栽培措施等综合手段,才能最大程度提升鲜食大豆百粒重。In order to clarify the genotype and environmental effects of 100-grain weight of fresh soybean,this study conducted a field experiment on 100-grain weight of fresh soybean at multiple sites over a year.The AMMI model was used to analyze the effects of genotype,environmental and genotype-environment interaction on 100-grain weight of fresh soybean.The results showed that the 100-grain weight of fresh soybean was significantly influenced by environment,genotype and genotype-environment interaction.The interaction effect between genotype and environment was the highest,followed by environmental effects.According to the stability parameter(Di)obtained from the AMMI model and the corresponding comprehensive analysis of the 100-grain weight of fresh soybean,Xinghuadou 618 had the highest 100-grain weight but the maximum environmental variation,Xinghuadou No.1 had the highest stability but relatively low 100-grain weight.The average 100-grain weight of fresh soybean was highest at the pilot of Zhongmen Town,Meizhou Bay North Economic Development Zone,Putian City,with the highest stability parameter.This pilot had the highest discrimination ability for 100-grain weight and was suitable for screening regional trial sites with high 100-grain weight varieties.It is difficult to achieve high and stable 100-grain weight only through variety selection.In production,comprehensive measures such as matching good varieties and methods,selecting suitable environments,and optimizing cultivation measures should be taken to maximize the increase of 100-grain weight of fresh soybean.
