摘　　要：环境社会治理(ESG)是落实“双碳”目标要求,推动经济社会绿色低碳高质量和可持续发展的重要抓手。ESG标准化工作作为政策落地实施和促进高标准市场体系建设的重要内容,对建立健全ESG评估体系,促进实现“双碳”目标具有重要支撑作用。本文梳理了国际国内ESG相关标准化技术机构、重要标准制定实施现状,从统筹协调机制、技术标准支撑作用、国际标准化形势等方面分析了当前我国ESG标准化工作的重要需求,并针对性地提出了我国ESG标准体系建设建议,以期为ESG标准化助力我国经济社会绿色低碳高质量发展提供参考。Environmental,social and governance(ESG)is an important starting point for implementing the requirements to realize the goals of carbon peak and neutrality and promoting the green,low-carbon,high-quality and sustainable development of economy and society.As an important part of policy implementation and the construction of a high-standard market system,ESG standardization plays an important supporting role in establishing and improving the ESG evaluation system and promoting the goals of carbon peak and neutrality.This paper sorts out standardization technical committees as well as development and implementation of important standards in the related field of ESG at home and abroad,analyzes the main problems of China’s ESG standardization work from the aspects of overall coordination mechanism,supporting role of technical standards,and international standardization situation.It puts forward measures and suggestions for the construction of China’s ESG standards system,in order to provide reference for ESG standardization to help the green,low-carbon and high-quality development of China’s economy and society.
