摘　　要：近年来,儿童化妆玩具在市场上十分热销,被广泛用于儿童节庆表演、日常玩耍等各种场合。但儿童化妆玩具市场鱼龙混杂,制作过程中使用多种化学物质。其主要危害来自重金属、有机溶剂、防腐剂及致敏芳香剂。化妆玩具的质量跟孩子的健康成长发育密切相关。为有效降低安全风险,全面了解掌握产品质量的整体状况,本文从重金属、有机溶剂、防腐剂及致敏芳香剂这四个方面对市面上儿童化妆玩具的质量安全展开了风险监测分析。分析了其危险来源与致害机理,并进行风险评估,提出风险处置建议和防护措施,为消费者对产品的选购和监管部门对产品的治理提供了有力的支持。In recent years,children’s makeup toys have become very popular in the market and are widely used in various occasions such as children’s festival performances and daily play.But the market for children’s makeup toys is complex and many chemicals are used in the production process.Its main hazards come from heavy metals,organic solvents,preservatives,and allergenic aromatics.The quality of makeup toys is closely related to the healthy growth and development of children.In order to effectively reduce safety risks and comprehensively understand the overall situation of product quality,the paper conducts analysis on risk monitoring of the quality and safety of children’s makeup toys on the market from four aspects:heavy metals,organic solvents,preservatives,and allergenic fragrances.The paper analyzes the sources and mechanisms of hazards,conducts risk assessments,and proposes risk management suggestions and protective measures,which provides strong support for consumers’choice of products and governance of products by regulatory authorities.
