摘  要:卵巢癌、宫颈癌及子宫内膜癌是严重威胁女性健康的三大生殖系统恶性肿瘤。去整合素金属蛋白酶(ADAM)17是一种可被异羟肟酸化合物抑制表达的金属蛋白酶,这种异羟肟酸可以降低体内脂多糖诱导的肿瘤坏死因子-α表达水平,在妇科生殖系统恶性肿瘤的细胞免疫、上皮-间充质转化等方面发挥决定性作用。子宫内膜异位症的迁移、黏附、血管生成类肿瘤行为导致的慢性盆腔痛、不孕、严重的心理健康问题严重影响育龄期妇女的生活质量,ADAM17亦在子宫内膜异位的发生发展中发挥重要作用。目前对于妇科生殖系统恶性肿瘤及子宫内膜异位的研究逐渐以ADAM17为中心,其可能成为恶性肿瘤的治疗靶点。Ovarian cancer,cervical cancer and endometrial cancer are three major reproductive system malignancies that seriously threaten women′s health.A deintegrin and metalloproteinase(ADAM)17 is a kind of metalloproteinase whose expression can be inhibited by isohydroxamic acid compounds.This isohydroxamic acid can reduce the expression level of tumor necrosis factor-αinduced by lipopolysaccharide in vivo,which plays a decisive role in cellular immunity and epithelial-mesenchymal transition of gynecologic reproductive malignancies.The migration,adhesion,angiogenesis,and other neoplastic behaviors of endometriosis lead to chronic pelvic pain,infertility,and serious mental health problems,which seriously threaten the quality of life of the women of reproductive age.ADAM17 also plays an important role in the occurrence and development of endometriosis.At present,the research on malignant gynecologic reproductive tumors and endometriosis is gradually focusing on ADAM17,which may become a therapeutic target for malignant tumors.
