摘　　要：在轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的诊断中,认知功能量表用于评估患者认知损害程度。目前对认知功能量表的研究多为量表特点、效果的总结,缺乏针对老年人MCI的具体应用。其中,蒙特利尔量表(MoCA)适用于MCI患者的随访与定期检查;简明精神状态量表(MMSE)可用于评价其他量表;老年人快速认知筛查量表有望成为我国的主流认知量表;Mini-cog量表适用于老年MCI的初筛;老年人认知功能减退知情者问卷和8条目痴呆问卷则允许家属自行评价老年人认知水平的变化;Addenbrooke′s认知功能量表-Ⅲ适用于临床治疗和医学研究;记忆与执行筛查量表可代替MoCA和MMSE用于门诊治疗等。因此,深入了解各认知功能量表的特点及功能可促进不同量表的应用分流及老年人MCI的研究。In the diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment(MCI),the cognitive function scale is used to assess the degree of cognitive impairment.At present,most studies on the cognitive function scale are summary of the characteristics and effects of the scale,and there is a lack of specific application for MCI in the elderly.Among these scales,Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)is suitable for follow-up and regular examination of MCI patients.Mini-mental state examination(MMSE)can be used to evaluate other scales.Quick cognitive screening scale for elderly is expected to become the mainstream cognition scale in China.Mini-cog is suitable for the preliminary screening of MCI in the elderly.Informant questionnaire on cognitive decline and 8-item ascertain dementia can be used when the elderly are unable to attend,and the family members are also allowed to refer to the changes in the cognitive level of the elderly.Addenbrooke′s cognitive examination-Ⅲis suitable for clinical treatment and medical research.Memory and executive screening scale can replace MoCA and MMSE and be used in outpatient treatment.Therefore,a thorough understanding of the characteristics and functions of various cognitive function scales can facilitate the application diversion of different scales and the study of MCI in the elderly.
