摘  要:着丝粒结合蛋白(CENPs)指被募集至着丝粒DNA上的蛋白质,目前已经发现多种CENPs,包括CENP-A、CENP-O、CENP-F等。CENPs参与动粒组成及DNA损伤修复,并可保障染色体的正确分离,保证基因的稳定性和完整性。CENPs与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,在多种消化道恶性肿瘤中表达失调,并与肿瘤预后相关。CENPs可通过调节细胞周期、调控癌基因及肿瘤相关通路等影响肿瘤的恶性生物学行为。深入探索CENPs的表达及作用机制,可为消化道肿瘤的诊治提供新思路。Centromere binding proteins(CENPs)refer to proteins that are recruited to centromeric DNA.At present,a variety of CENPs have been discovered,including CENP-A,CENP-O,CENP-F,etc.CENPs participate in kinetochore composition and DNA damage repair,ensure correct chromosome separation,and guarantee gene stability and integrity.CENPs are closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors,and their expression is dysregulated in a variety of gastrointestinal malignancies,and is related to tumor prognosis.CENPs can affect the malignant biological behavior of tumors by regulating cell cycle,regulating oncogenes and tumor related pathways.Further exploration of the expression and mechanism of CENPs can provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of digestive tract tumors.
