摘　　要：乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)相关性肝细胞癌(HCC)患者在接受免疫检查点抑制剂等药物治疗过程中可发生HBV的再激活。HBV再激活后会诱发炎症等,造成肝功能损害甚至肝衰竭,导致抗HCC治疗的中断或延迟,严重影响患者预后。HBV再激活的发生机制极其复杂,通常认为由机体受到自身或外界因素作用导致的免疫力降低引起。虽然抗HBV药物抑制HBV复制的效果显著,但HBV再激活事件常有发生。因此,深入研究并总结HBV再激活相关机制、影响因素以及抗病毒方案的选择,有助于更好地管理HBV再激活。Hepatitis B virus(HBV)reactivation may occur in patients with HBV related hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)during treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors or other drugs.After HBV reactivation,it will induce inflammation,cause damage to liver function and even liver failure,interrupt or delay anti-HCC treatment,and seriously affect the prognosis of the patients.The mechanism of HBV reactivation is extremely complex,which is often explained as the decrease of immunity under the action of self or external factors.Although the current anti-HBV drugs have a significant effect on inhibiting HBV replication,reactivation events occur frequently.Therefore,in-depth study and summary of the relevant mechanisms,influencing factors and the choice of antiviral regimen of HBV reactivation is helpful to better management of HBV reactivation.
