摘 要:转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)家族是一种具有多种生物学功能的细胞因子,其对细胞的生长、增殖、分化、代谢、衰老和凋亡等有重要的调节作用。TGF-β在肿瘤的发生发展及转归中起重要作用。肿瘤免疫治疗作为继手术和放化疗之后的新兴疗法,具有广阔的发展前景。而TGF-β通过调控肿瘤微环境中多种免疫细胞的功能,对肿瘤微环境产生免疫抑制作用,影响免疫治疗效果。因此,更好地了解TGF-β的信号转导通路及其对肿瘤微环境中免疫细胞的调节作用和相关作用机制,将有利于开发潜在的免疫靶点药物。Transforming growth factors-β(TGF-β)family is a kind of cytokines with a variety of biological functions,which plays an important role in the regulation of cell growth,proliferation,differentiation,metabolism,senescence and apoptosis.TGF-βplays an important role in the occurrence,development and prognosis of tumors.Tumor immunotherapy as the emerging therapy after surgery and radiation and chemotherapy,has wide development prospects.TGF-β,by regulating the functions of various immune cells in the tumor microenvironment,can produce immunosuppressive effect on the tumor microenvironment and affect the efficacy of immunotherapy.Therefore,a better understanding of the TGF-βsignaling pathway and its regulatory role and related mechanisms of action on immune cells in the tumor microenvironment will be conducive to the development of potential immune target drugs.
