摘  要:前列腺癌是男性生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,发病率和死亡率逐年上升。腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术是治疗前列腺癌的主要手段之一。单孔腹腔镜手术(LESS)运用其独特的单孔套管使创口美观无瘢痕,且提高了术后恢复效果,但是在狭小的手术操作空间进行大量的修复与重建工作难度较大。随着医疗技术的发展,达芬奇机器人手术辅助系统解决了空间局限性问题,在机器人手术系统辅助下,LESS更加完善、操作更加精准、术后效果更好、恢复速度更快,为前列腺癌的治疗带来了巨大突破。Prostate cancer is the most common malignant tumor of male reproductive system,and its morbidity and mortality are increasing year by year.Laparoscopic radical prostatectomy is one of the main methods for the treatment of prostate cancer.Laparoendoscopic single-port surgery(LESS)uses its unique single-port cannula to make the wound beautiful without scar and improve the postoperative recovery effect,but it is difficult to carry out a lot of repair and reconstruction work in the narrow operation space.With the development of medical technology,Da Vinci robotic surgical assistance system skillfully solves the space limitation.With the assistance of robotic surgical system,LESS is more perfect,the operation is more accurate,the postoperative effect is better,and the recovery speed is faster,which has brought great breakthrough for the treatment of prostate cancer.
