摘　　要：食管平滑肌瘤具有病程长、进展慢的特点,随着肿瘤的不断增大,患者可出现疼痛、反流、进食梗阻,甚至呕血、呼吸困难等症状,严重危害患者健康。因此,及时采取有效的诊断及治疗措施十分必要。目前临床诊断食管平滑肌瘤的方法较多,包括X线、多层螺旋CT、超声内镜等,确诊后多采用手术治疗,但不同诊治方式在食管平滑肌瘤中的应用价值仍有待探讨。深入了解不同诊治方式的不足,并采取改进措施,对提高食管平滑肌瘤的诊治效果具有重要意义。Esophageal leiomyomas have the characteristics of long course and slow progression.With the continuous growth of tumors,the patients may have pain,reflux,eating obstruction,and even hematemesis,dyspnea and other symptoms,which seriously endanger the health of the patients.Therefore,it is very important to take effective diagnosis and treatment measures in time.At present,there are many methods for clinical diagnosis of esophageal leiomyoma,including X-ray,multi-slice spiral CT,endoscopic ultrasonography,etc.After diagnosis,surgery is often adopted,although the applicative value of different ways of diagnosis and treatment of esophageal leiomyoma remains to be discussed.It is of great significance to recognize the shortcomings of different diagnosis and treatment methods and take improvement measures for improving the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal leiomyoma.
