摘  要:前列腺癌是男性生殖系最常见的恶性肿瘤,严重威胁患者生命健康。随着人口老龄化及人们生活方式的改变,前列腺癌的发病率不断升高,同时关于前列腺癌的诊断方法也在不断改进。分子影像学是一门将分子生物学技术与现代医学影像相结合的新兴边缘学科,可准确、及时诊断前列腺癌,在提高患者的健康水平方面具有巨大潜力。目前,用于前列腺癌诊断的分子影像学技术主要包括正电子发射断层成像、单光子发射计算机断层成像、磁共振成像以及超声分子影像学等。相信随着分子影像学的不断发展,其将在前列腺癌的诊断中发挥更重要的作用。As the most common malignant tumor of the male genital system,prostate cancer is a great threat to men′s life and health.The incidence of prostate cancer has been increasing due to the aging of the population and lifestyle change,and the diagnostic methods for prostate cancer have been constantly improving as well.Molecular imaging is an emerging discipline that combines molecular biological technology with modern medical imaging,which can realize accurate and timely diagnosis of prostate cancer and has great potential for improving the health of the patients.Currently,molecular imaging technologies for prostate cancer mainly include positron emission tomography,single photon emission computed tomography,magnetic resonance imaging,and ultrasonic molecular imaging.It is believed that with the continuous development of molecular imaging technology,it will play a greater role in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.
