摘　　要：肿瘤的发病率和死亡率逐年上升,其治疗和控制已成为全球关注的问题。目前,对于肝脏恶性肿瘤尚无明确的治愈或预防方法。Hippo信号通路在肝脏的发育、体内平衡功能、损伤再生等方面发挥重要作用。其通过上游输入(机械转导、细胞黏附、其他信号通路)和下游转录共激活因子与带有PDZ结合基序的转录共激活因子病理性激活参与肝脏肿瘤的进展。因此,深入研究Hippo信号通路对肝脏肿瘤的防治具有重要意义,加强Hippo信号通路在肝脏肿瘤中的研究对临床具有指导性作用。The incidence and mortality of cancer are increasing year by year,and its treatment and control have become a global concern.At present,there is no clear cure or prevention method for malignant liver tumors.Hippo signaling pathway plays an important role in liver development,homeostasis,damage regeneration and so on.It is involved in liver tumor progression through pathological activation of upstream inputs(mechanical transduction,cell adhesion,other signaling pathways)and downstream transcriptional co-activators and transcriptional co-activators with PDZ binding motifs.Therefore,the in-depth study of Hippo signaling pathway is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of liver tumors,and strengthening the study of Hippo signaling pathway in liver tumors has a guiding role in the clinical practice.
