健康适老化厨房家具研究热点与展望

摘　　要：随着我国老年人口逐渐增多,社会对适老化的重视程度不断提升。厨房家具作为厨房空间的重要组成部分,其适老化设计能够提升老年人的生活质量,满足老年人的生活需求,对实现健康老龄化具有重要意义。采用文献计量法,结合Citespace可视化工具对适老化厨房领域的文献进行时间分布、研究机构学科分布与研究热点分析,并绘制相应的知识图谱进行可视化分析。在此基础上从设计理念、研究方法、适老化特征、智能适老化程度4个层面进行适老化厨房家具文献综述,并针对目前研究现状,总结未来研究方向,得出适老化厨房家具研究将会以科学研究方法为主导,实现多学科多方位交叉融合,搭载人工智能技术,结合理论与实践构筑完备理论体系,并从实践层指导适老化厨房家具研发落地,推动适老化产业转型与升级。With the gradual increase of the elderly population in China,the society's emphasis on appropriate aging has continued to increase.As an important part of kitchen space,the elderly friendly design of kitchen furniture can improve the quality of life of the elderly,meet the living needs of the elderly,and is of great significance to realize healthy aging.Using the bibliometric method and CiteSpace visualization tool,the time distribution,research institutions and research hotspots of the literature in the field of elderly friendly kitchen were analyzed,and the corresponding knowledge map was drawn for visual analysis.On this basis,the literature review of elderly friendly kitchen furniture was carried out from four aspects of design concept,research method,aging elements and intelligence.According to the current research status,the future research direction was summarized.It is considered that the research of elderly friendly kitchen furniture will be based on scientific research methods,realize multi-disciplinary and multi-directional cross integration,carry artificial intelligence technology and combine theory and practice,It is urgently need to build a complete theoretical system with an aim to guide the research and development of elderly friendly kitchen furniture from the practical level and promote the transformation and upgrading of aging industry.
