板式家具五金件的发展与应用

摘　　要：五金件作为板式家具的连接部件,使得板式家具结构简单、接合牢固、板件拆装方便且可多次拆装。随着家具五金件性能的不断提升,越来越多家具功能和外观的拓展依赖五金件得以实现,家具五金件的发展趋势也越来越成为现代家具结构和功能发展创新的重要依据。通过采用文献资料法、归纳法对板式家具五金件发展和应用现状进行梳理:五金件的发展推动家具设计创新,越来越多家具功能和外观的拓展依赖五金件得以实现,且呈现出人性化和智能化的发展趋势,为人们提供省时省力、安全舒适的居住空间;对国内相关现有文献进行归纳,得出其研究内容主要是针对家具五金件连接性能和安装设计方法;并总结归纳当前研究的不足之处,以期对板式家具五金件未来优化研究方向提供一定参考。Hardware makes the structure of panel furniture simple,jointed firm,convenient disassembly and assembly for many times.More and more furniture functions and appearance expansion can be realized by relying on hardware,and the development trend of furniture hardware is becoming more and more important basis for the development and innovation of modern furniture structure and function.By using documentary and analytical induction methods,the current development status and trend are summarized.The development of hardware promotes the innovation of furniture design,and more and more furniture functions and appearance expansion rely on hardware to achieve.The hardware shows a humanized and intelligent development trend by providing people with time-saving,safe and comfortable living space.After summarizing the relevant domestic literature,it is concluded that the research content is mainly aimed at the connection performance and installation design method of furniture hardware.The shortcomings of current research are summarized in order to provide some reference for future optimization research of panel furniture hardware.
