摘 要:在医工融合快速推进背景下,针对手功能康复智能产品设计方向,探索设计学和机构运动学共同为该类产品设计提供支持的具体路径。采用设计调查、机构建模、运动学计算、用户评估等研究方法,通过对专业治疗师的深度访谈与竞品分析挖掘手功能康复智能产品设计要点。从机构运动学角度建立人手模型,采用D-H方法计算、分析和仿真手运动空间,获取手功能康复智能产品有效工作空间,进行产品方案模型打样和使用舒适度评估,阐述和验证了上述设计路径的可行性和人手模型的设计可用性,展示了手功能康复智能产品设计的多学科交叉融合设计思路,为相关同类产品设计提供了一定参考。In the context of the rapid advancement of medical and industrial integration,the specific path of providing support for the design of intelligent products by the combination of design science and mechanism kinematics was explored aiming at the design direction of products for hand function rehabilitation.Research methods such as design survey,mechanism modeling,kinematic calculation,and user evaluation were adopted.Through in-depth interviews with therapists and analysis of competitive products,the key points of design of intelligent products for hand function rehabilitation were discussed.A human hand model was established from the perspective of mechanism kinematics,and the D-H method was used to calculate,analyze and simulate the hand movement space,so as to obtain the effective working space of intelligent products for the rehabilitation of hand function.Model proofing and comfort evaluation of product design scheme were implemented.The feasibility of the design path and the usability of the human hand model were expounded and verified.The multidisciplinary integration design ideas of intelligent product design for hand function rehabilitation were illustrated for providing a certain reference for related design research.
