摘  要:高品质照明是未来照明的发展趋势,人们对光品质、光环境的要求将进一步提高。相比传统照明,利用蓝光发光二极管(LED)芯片激发不同荧光粉转换为高效稳定的白光LED具有更节能、环保的优势。通过蓝色LED芯片激发荧光粉进行封装实验,研究荧光粉封装工艺对白光LED性能的影响。实验结果表明:改变荧光粉种类和涂敷量均会对白光LED色温、显色性、光效等相关参数产生影响。随着涂敷量的增加,导致色温下降。加入红色荧光粉可以提高显色性,黄色荧光粉有助于提升光效。High-quality lighting is the future development trend of lighting.Peoples requirements for light quality,light environment will be further improved.Using blue light-emtting diode(LED)chips to stimulate different phosphors converted to efficient and steady white LED has more energy-saving and environmental benefits than traditional lighting.Through blue LED chip excitation phosphor for encapsulation experiments,the impact of the phosphor encapsulation procedure on the performance of white LED is examined.According to the experimental findings,altering the phosphor type and coating thickness will have an impact on the color temperature,color rendering,luminous efficacy,and other associated white LED parameters.As the amount of coating rises,the color temperature decreases.The addition of red phosphor enhances color rendering,while the addition of yellow phosphor aids in light efficiency.
