摘 要:β-Klotho是内分泌成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)受体(FGFR)复合物的重要组成部分,它与FGFR4、FGFR1c形成共受体参与FGF19/21的信号通路应答,调控哺乳动物的多种新陈代谢过程。近年来,人们对β-Klotho在人类肝细胞癌(HCC)发生发展中的作用进行了广泛研究,证实β-Klotho可通过放大FGF19-FGFR4信号参与HCC的增殖、凋亡、侵袭等生物学过程。β-Klotho是治疗HCC的潜在药物靶点,HCC组织中β-Klotho的高表达与疾病进展、肿瘤分级及预后密切相关。β-Klotho在HCC发生发展中的分子作用机制及其预后价值仍需未来进行深入研究。β-Klotho,a vital component of endocrine fibroblast growth factor(FGF)receptor(FGFR)complexes,forms a co-receptor with FGFR4 and FGFR1c and participates in the FGF19/21 signal pathway response,thus regulates multiple mammalian metabolic processes.In recent years,extensive research has been conducted on the role ofβ-Klotho in the occurrence and development of human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),and it has been confirmed thatβ-Klotho can participate in biological processes such as proliferation,apoptosis and invasion of HCC by amplifying FGF19-FGFR4 signaling.β-Klotho is a potential drug target for the treatment of HCC.The high expression ofβ-Klotho in HCC tissues is closely related to the disease progression,tumor grade and prognosis.The molecular mechanism ofβ-Klotho in the occurrence and development of HCC and its prognostic value still need to be further studied in the future.
