摘 要:脑小血管病(CSVD)是一类与年龄相关的脑血管疾病,主要累及小静脉、小动脉和毛细血管。步态分析是指借助现代计算机及图形图像技术对人体运动进行系统研究,主要借助运动学及生物力学揭示步态异常的影响因素及关键环节,从而实施康复治疗和康复评估。随着人工智能在国内的发展,步态分析系统已逐渐应用于临床,对于疾病的及时发现与鉴别诊断具有重要意义。未来,利用步态运动学分析扩展具有临床意义的步态参数,将成为临床快速识别和协助诊断CSVD的关键任务。Cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)mainly involves venules,arterioles and capillaries,which is a kind of age-related cerebrovascular diseases.Gait analysis refers to the systematic study of human motion with the help of modern computer and graphic image technology,which mainly reveals the influencing factors and key links of gait abnormalities with the help of kinematics and biomechanics,so as to implement rehabilitation treatment and rehabilitation evaluation.With the development of artificial intelligence in China,the gait analysis system has been gradually used in clinical practice,which is of great significance for the timely detection and differential diagnosis of diseases.Using gait kinematics analysis to expand clinically meaningful gait parameters is the key task in quick identification and assisting the diagnosis of CSVD in the future.
