摘　　要：采用实例研究的方法,基于美国国家安全局网站的开源数据,梳理美国网络攻击战例及演习的目标和模式、网络空间作战体系框架和功能,并总结网络攻击战例及演习、网络空间作战体系的特点。通过分析美国网络空间作战力量现状,结合其近年来出台的关于网络空间作战的政策条令,解读其网络力量升级举措,洞察网络攻防技术研究布局,为军队网络空间作战能力建设提供启示。Employing a case study methodology,based on the publicly available data on the U.S.National Security Agency’s website,the objectives and patterns of U.S.cyber-attack cases,and the objectives and contents of cyber exercises,along with the framework and functions of attack platforms are examined,and the characteristics of cyber-attack cases,exercises,and platforms are summarized.Through an analysis of the current status and development trend of U.S.cyberspace operation capabilities,in conjunction with an examination of the U.S.policy ordinances on cyberspace operations issued recently,the measures for upgrading its cyberspace operation capabilities are interpreted and insights into the layout of cyber-attack and defense technology research are gained,with the aim of shedding light on the advancement of cyberspace operational capabilities.
