摘  要:目的:探讨哌甲酯联合认知行为功能训练对注意缺陷多动障碍的治疗效果。方法:抽取2021年6月至2022年8月郑州大学附属儿童医院收治的注意缺陷多动障碍患者70例,按随机数字表法分为A组(35例)与B组(35例)。A组采用哌甲酯联合认知行为功能训练,B组采用哌甲酯治疗。比较两组临床效果、核心症状评分、执行功能、认知评定及焦虑状况[焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分]。结果:A组总有效率(97.14%,34/35)高于B组(80.00%,28/35),P<0.05。干预后,A组对立违抗、注意缺陷评分均低于B组(P均<0.05),A组漏报数、反应时间少于B组(P<0.05),A组知觉辨别、比较推理评分高于B组(P<0.05)。干预后4、8周,A组SAS评分低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:哌甲酯联合认知行为功能训练治疗注意缺陷多动障碍,可提高临床效果,改善核心症状、执行功能及认知评定,缓解焦虑状况。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of methylphenidate combined with cognitive behavioral training on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods Seventy children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder treated in Children’s Hospital Affiliated of Zhengzhou University from June 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into group A(35 cases)and group B(35 cases)by random number table method.and Group A was treated by methylphenidate combined with cognitive behavioral function training,group B was treated with methylphenidate.The clinical outcomes,core symptom score,executive function,cognitive assessment and anxiety state by evaluated self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of group A was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than the 80.00%(28/35)of group B(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of oppositional defiance and attention deficit in group A were lower than those in group B(all P<0.05),the number of missed reports and reaction time in group A were less than those in group B(P<0.05),the perceptual discrimination score and score of comparison and ratiocination in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05).The SAS score of group A was higher than that of group B at 4 and 8 weeks after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions Methylphenidate combined with cognitive behavioral function training in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder can improve the clinical effect,the core symptoms,executive function and cognitive assessment,and relieve anxiety.
