丹栀逍遥片联合盐酸帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁症伴焦虑的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析丹栀逍遥片联合盐酸帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁症伴焦虑的临床效果。方法:抽取2019年6月至2022年6月驻马店市第二人民医院收治的老年抑郁症伴焦虑患者94例,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组47例。对照组采用盐酸帕罗西汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用丹栀逍遥片治疗。比较两组治疗效果、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)评分、Asberg氏抗抑郁药副反应量表(SERS)评分。结果:观察组总有效率(93.62%,44/47)高于对照组(78.72%,37/47),P<0.05。治疗2、4、8周后,观察组HAMA评分、HAMD评分、PSQI评分、SERS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹栀逍遥片联合盐酸帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁症伴焦虑患者效果较好,可改善心理状态和睡眠质量,且安全性良好。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao tablet combined with paroxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of senile depression with anxiety.Methods Ninety-four elderly patients with depression and anxiety treated in Zhumadian Second People’s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Danzhi Xiaoyao tablet based on the treatment of the control group.The efficacy,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,Pittsburgh sleep quality scale(PSQI)score and the Asberg rating scale for side effects(SERS)score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(93.62%,44/47)was higher than that of the control group(78.72%,37/47),P<0.05.After 2,4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the HAMA score,HAMD score,PSQI score and SERS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Danzhi Xiaoyao tablet combined with paroxetine hydrochloride has a good therapeutic effect on elderly depression patients with anxiety,which can improve the psychological state and sleep quality,with good safety.
