摘  要:肝脏损伤十分普遍,其损伤类型也十分多见,如药物、毒物、金属及酒精所致的肝损伤。不同类型的肝损伤机制也不尽相同,包括氧化应激、炎症、库普弗细胞激活、线粒体功能障碍等。姜黄素是从姜黄中提取的天然产物,具有不同的生物活性,包括抗氧化、抗炎、抗癌和促进伤口愈合等。姜黄素对不同类型的肝损伤也具有显著的保护作用,其保护机制主要包括抗氧化应激、抗炎症反应、抗肝脏纤维化及抗细胞凋亡等。因此,深入了解姜黄素的肝保护机制,对后续关于高原环境下肝损伤疾病防治的研究意义重大。Liver injury is very common,and different types of injury are also very common,such as the liver injury caused by drugs,poisons,metals and alcohol.The mechanisms of different types of liver injury are different,including oxidative stress,inflammation,Kupffer cell activation,mitochondrial dysfunction and so on.Curcumin is a natural product extracted from Curcuma longa,with different biological activities,including antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-cancer and promoting wound healing.Curcumin also has significant protective effects on different types of liver injury,and its protective mechanisms mainly include antioxidant stress,anti-inflammatory reaction,anti-liver fibrosis and anti-apoptosis.Therefore,an in-depth understanding of the liver protection mechanism of curcumin is of great significance for the follow-up research on the prevention and treatment of liver injury diseases in plateau environment.
