摘　　要：近年由于生活习惯改变、精神压力增加以及环境等因素的影响,精神分裂症的发病率逐年升高。目前临床抗精神分裂症药物主要包括以氯丙嗪、舒必利、氟哌啶醇等典型抗精神病药物和氯氮平、利培酮、阿立哌唑、齐拉西酮等非典型抗精神病药物。由于抗精神分裂症药物种类繁多,且不同药物的优缺点也不尽相同,导致精神分裂症患者的治疗较困难。多药联用在精神疾病中的疗效显著,目前已广泛应用于慢性精神分裂症患者,但其疗效及不良反应仍应引起研究者重视。In recent years,the incidence of schizophrenia has increased year by year due to changes in living habits,increased mental stress,and environmental factors.At present,the clinical anti-schizophrenia drugs mainly include typical antipsychotics such as chlorpromazine,sulpiride,haloperidol,and atypical antipsychotics such as clozapine,risperidone,aripiprazole,and ziprasidone.Due to the wide variety of anti-schizophrenia drugs,and different drugs have different advantages and disadvantages,the treatment of the patients with schizophrenia is difficult.Multi-drug combination has a significant effect in psychiatric diseases,and has been widely used in chronic schizophrenia,although its efficacy and adverse reactions should still cause due attention.
