摘　　要：细胞焦亡是机体一种特殊的免疫防御反应,参与多种疾病的发生发展,过度的免疫防御反应会给机体带来巨大伤害。肝脏缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)是肝脏切除、肝脏移植和低血容量性休克等一系列临床过程中不可避免的并发症,导致肝功能障碍和细胞死亡,同时也会使远隔脏器遭受不同程度损伤。细胞焦亡与肝脏IRI存在密切联系,多种炎症因子释放不仅加重肝脏损伤,还影响远隔脏器。因此,明确细胞焦亡与肝脏IRI之间的关系,可为减轻肝脏和远隔脏器损伤提供新的研究方向。Pyroptosis,a special immune defense response of the body,is involved in the occurrence and development of various diseases.Excessive immune defense response can cause great harm to the body.Liver ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI)is a common unavoidable complication in a series of clinical processes such as liver lobectomy,liver transplantation and hypovolemic shock,resulting in liver dysfunction and cell death,as well as causing different degrees of damage to distant organs.Pyroptosis is closely related to liver IRI,and the release of various inflammatory factors not only aggravates the liver injury,but also affects the distant organs.Therefore,by studying the relationship between pyroptosis and liver IRI,it can provide a new research direction for reducing liver and distant organ injury.
