摘 要:近年我国人群脊髓损伤发病率有逐年上升趋势,部分患者在急性期治疗后会遗留残疾,以步行障碍为主要表现,严重影响患者生活质量。因此,研究脊髓损伤后的康复技术对恢复患者自理能力、促进其社会功能的恢复十分重要。下肢康复机器人在脊髓损伤患者康复辅助步行训练中具有独特优势,应用其训练时无须专业人士参与,能提供长时间、安全、强度可调的训练,并能提供反馈数据,有助于及时调整方案。现代虚拟现实、人(脑)机结合、肌电技术与下肢康复机器人的结合为脊髓损伤患者提供了更全面的治疗与服务,并可能成为该领域研究的方向。In recent years,the incidence of spinal cord injury in Chinese population has been increasing year by year.Some patients will suffer disability after treatment in the acute phase,with walking disorder as the main manifestation,which seriously affects the quality of life of the patients.Therefore,it is very important to study the rehabilitation technology after spinal cord injury to restore the self-care ability of the patients and promote the recovery of their social functions.The lower limb rehabilitation robot has unique advantages in the assisted walking training of the patients.It does not require the participation of professionals when it is applied to the training.It can provide long-term,safe and intensity-adjustable training,as well as feedback data,which is conducive to timely adjustment of the program.The combination of modern virtual reality with human(brain)machine,and the combination of electromyography technology with lower limb rehabilitation robot provide more comprehensive treatment and services for the patients with spinal cord injury,and may become the research direction in this field.
