摘  要:肿瘤微环境中的肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(CAFs)具有表型和功能异质性的特征,其与肺癌细胞协同分泌多种细胞因子、蛋白、生长因子和代谢产物,参与肿瘤细胞血管生成、介导肿瘤细胞发生免疫逃逸、增强上皮-间充质转化、刺激细胞外基质重塑、维持肿瘤干细胞特性和促进肺癌细胞发生耐药。CAFs表达量与肺癌患者的不良预后紧密相关,可通过阻断CAFs及其相关旁分泌物质的表达来抑制肿瘤持续性增殖,因此以CAFs为靶点的肺癌患者治疗方式可能成为未来肿瘤精准治疗的新方向。Cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)in the tumor microenvironment,are characterized by phenotypic and functional heterogeneity.They co-secrete a variety of cytokines,proteins,growth factors and metabolites with lung cancer cells,participate in tumor cell angiogenesis,mediate tumor cell immune escape,enhance epithelial mesenchymal transformation,stimulate extracellular matrix remodeling,maintain the characteristics of tumor stem cells,and promote drug resistance of lung cancer cells.CAFs expression is closely associated with poor prognosis in lung cancer patients.The continuous proliferation of tumors can be inhibited by blocking the expression of CAFs and their related paracrine substances.Therefore,the treatment of lung cancer patients targeting CAFs may become a new direction of accurate tumor treatment in the future.
