高良姜素对人鼻咽癌CNE2细胞增殖及凋亡的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究高良姜素对人鼻咽癌CNE2细胞增殖及凋亡的影响。方法:实验设置空白对照组和实验组(分别加入不同浓度的高良姜素处理CNE2细胞),采用CKK-8法检测CNE2细胞增殖的抑制效果,采用流式细胞仪检测CNE2细胞周期和凋亡的影响。结果:高良姜素能抑制鼻咽癌CNE2细胞增殖,而随其浓度增加CNE2细胞阻滞于G0/G1期,S期、G2/M期细胞减少,同时细胞凋亡率也随其浓度增高而增加,呈浓度依赖性。结论:高良姜素对人鼻咽癌CNE2细胞株有抑制增殖作用,对细胞周期过程产生阻滞作用,并可以诱导细胞凋亡。Objective:To investigate the effect of galangin on the proliferation and apoptosis of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE2 cells.Methods:A blank control group and an experimental group were set up(different concentrations of galangin were added to treat CNE2 cells).The inhibitory effect of CNE2 cell proliferation was detected by CKK-8 method,and the effect of CNE2 cell cycle and apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry.Results:Galangin inhibited the proliferation of CNE2 cells in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.With the increase of its concentration,CNE2 cells were blocked in G0/G1 phase,and the cells in S and G2/M phases were reduced,while the apoptosis rate also increased with the increase of its concentration in a concentration-dependent manner.Conclusion:Galangin inhibited the proliferation of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE2 cell line,blocked the cell cycle,and induced apoptosis.
