摘　　要：肾上腺皮质癌(ACC)是一种罕见且恶性程度较高的侵袭性肿瘤,预后极差。目前评估ACC患者预后主要依据肿瘤分期和肿物切除状态,但其逐渐不能满足临床对ACC总体疗效、患者病情进展程度的评估。而肾上腺皮质激素、血钾、血清白蛋白、年龄、性别、微RNA、着丝粒蛋白F基因、N 6-甲基腺嘌呤修饰相关基因、G 0/G 1开关基因2等因素均可影响ACC患者的预后。因此,深入了解影响成人ACC预后的影响因素不仅有助于临床医师准确判断患者状况,还可为探究ACC新的诊断标志物及靶向治疗的靶点提供新思路。Adrenocortical carcinoma(ACC)is a rare and aggressive tumor with high malignancy and extremely poor prognosis.At present,the assessment of prognosis of ACC patients is mainly based on tumor stage and tumor resection status,but it does not meet the clinical assessment requirement of the overall efficacy and progression of ACC.Adrenocortical hormone,blood potassium,serum albumin,age,gender,microRNA,centromerin F gene,N 6-methyladenosine-related gene,G 0/G 1 switch gene 2 gene,and some other factors can all affect the prognosis of ACC.Therefore,an in-depth understanding of prognostic factors affecting adult ACC will not only help the clinicians to accurately assess patient status,but also provide new insights into new diagnostic markers and targets for targeted therapy in ACC.
