摘  要:为提高复杂零件加工质量和生产效率,并研究数控铣削自动编程工艺方案,以世界技能竞赛典型零件为例,针对加工余量大、工序多、加工精度高等特点,分析零件加工工艺,研究工艺路线,提出解决悬空类零件加工变形等问题的技术方案。采用MasterCAM软件对其进行数控加工编程,在保证质量和效率的前提下,选择合理的加工参数,生成G代码,最后成功实现零件的数控加工。经过实际加工验证,采用双面开粗法、预留工艺台等工艺手段及应用MasterCAM软件“优化动态粗切”等功能,既能保证零件加工稳定性,又能满足产品质量和生产效率的要求。In order to improve the machining quality and production efficiency of complex parts,the automatic programming process scheme of CNC milling is studied.Taking the typical parts of the world skill competition as an example,according to the characteristics of large machining margin,many working procedures and high machining precision,the machining technology of the parts is analyzed,the process route is studied,and the technical scheme to solve the problems of machining deformation of suspended parts is put forward.The MasterCAM software is used to program the CNC machining.On the premise of ensuring the quality and efficiency,the reasonable machining parameters are selected and the G code is generated.Finally,the CNC machining of the parts is realized successfully.After the actual processing verification,the use of"double-sided coarsening method","reserved process table"and the application of MasterCAM software"optimize dynamic rough cutting"and other functions can not only ensure the stability of parts processing,but also meet the requirements of product quality and production efficiency.
