摘　　要：本文对铝塑泡罩包装机工艺进行了简要说明,分析了不同类别泡罩机的特点,对辊板式泡罩包装机结构、工艺动作进行细致说明,并介绍由欧姆龙控制器为主体的设计方案。针对系统中涉及的温度控制方案、同步控制方案、缺陷检测方案、色标检测方案等重点方案进行了说明。最终给出设备可以实现的精度、速度、等数据。This article provides a brief introduction to the process of aluminum plastic bubble wrap packaging machines,analyzes the characteristics of different types of bubble wrap machines,provides a detailed explanation of the structure and process actions of roller plate bubble wrap packaging machines,and introduces a design scheme mainly composed of Omron controllers.The temperature control scheme,synchronous control scheme,defect detection scheme,color code detection scheme and other key schemes involved in the system were explained.Finally,provide the accuracy,speed,and other data that the device can achieve.
